Polito Studio Architects

The ranking of professionals selected from POLITO Studio’s call is now online. The professionals will have access to the two-year advanced training course dedicated to architectural competitions and design opportunities within the China market.

A total of 21 applications were submitted, all of which were accepted for selection due to their high skills and experience. The 12 candidates with the best score will participate in the higher education activities of POLITO Studio, promoted by the Polytechnic University of Turin and the Association of Architects; in case of unavailability of the top 12, the ranking list will be scrolled and will remain valid for two years. Professor Haohao Xu, of South China University of Technology, supervised the work of the judging committee, composed of architects. Michele Bonino, Antonio Cinotto, Cristina Coscia, Valeria Federighi, Urszula Grodzicka and Paolo Mellano.

The professional individuals or associates will participate in a two-year training and accompaniment to the Chinese market, during the period between April 2021 and March 2023. They will work within working groups made up of Chinese designers, researchers, and partners. The goal of the project is to transfer skills and networks of relationships useful for applying for real projects and architecture competitions in China.
